- After Dispatch:
- Once the order has been processed, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return and refund policy.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product and only credit notes are generated with strict no refund policy.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags and packaging intact.

- Custom-stitched or altered clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.
