3.2. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. However, this email does not confirm the acceptance of the order, which occurs only when the item is dispatched.

3.3. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be subject to our return policy (see section 7).

3.4. Pricing: All product prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified.

3.5. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Wallet Payments (e.g., Paytm)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (only available for certain locations)

All payments must be made at the time of placing the order, except for COD orders.

4.2. Shipping Timeframes: We aim to dispatch orders within 5 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, nature of product and other factors.

4.3. Delivery Issues: In case of a delay or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will notify you and strive to deliver your order at the earliest.

 

5. Product Descriptions and Availability

5.1. Accuracy of Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, there may be minor variations in the color, size, or material of the items shown on the website due to screen differences or other factors.

5.2. Product Availability: All products listed on the website are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1. Return Policy: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Some items, such as innerwear, swimwear, and personalized products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please read return & refund policy page.

6.2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your credit note immediately. Shipping fees may not be added to the credit note unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

6.3. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Exchanges must be requested within the 7-day return window.

6.4. Return Shipping Charges: Customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

7.1. COD Availability: COD is available only for select locations in India and is subject to the order value limit specified on our website.

7.2. Refusal of COD Orders: If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, we may restrict the customer's ability to use the COD option in future purchases.
