1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.
- For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery might take additional time or may not be available. Our customer service team will inform you in such cases.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2000.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹2000, a nominal shipping charge of ₹250 will be applied.
- Additional charges may apply for urgent or express deliveries, based on the delivery location and courier service selected.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once the order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information and estimated delivery time.
- Custom-stitched or pre-order items will be dispatched within 10 to 15 business days. Please refer to the product description for exact details.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
- Express Delivery: Available in select cities, express delivery ensures your order reaches you within 5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistics delays. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
5. Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status in real-time through our website or the courier company’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempt
- Our courier partners will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver the package at the provided shipping address.
- If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.
7. Unsuccessful or Delayed Deliveries
- In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will notify you via email or phone. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you promptly with a revised delivery schedule.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our services to cater to customers outside India. Stay tuned!
9. Order Delivery Issues
- Damaged Packages: If the package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at info@clotureindia.com or call 8017174354.
- Missing or Incorrect Items: If any item from your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Special Instructions for Delivery
- If you have any specific instructions for delivery (e.g., preferred delivery time or location), please mention them at the time of checkout. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
11. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Once the order is dispatched, any changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
- In case of pre-paid orders, ensure that the recipient’s phone number and address are accurate for smooth delivery.
